                                                        Traditional weddings Bapedi traditional wedding is a cultural wedding were by families come together to celebrate their loved ones love engagement. When the family from the grooms side visits the bride's family they get there and use specific words to ask for the bride's hand in marriage such as 're bone sego sa meetse' , the bride then sits down in front of her parents and acknowledge the grooms family. The family and friends that attend the wedding they wear traditional attires, they prepare traditional foods and traditional beers after they celebrate.
